Many retro games rely on internal batteries to store save data—especially RPGs like Pokémon, Zelda, and Final Fantasy. Over time, these batteries lose their charge, and once they die, the game can no longer retain progress. Our battery replacement service restores the cartridge’s ability to save, using high-quality coin-cell batteries and precision soldering techniques.
Please note: Replacing the battery will erase any existing save data. If your game still holds a save, you may want to delay replacement until the battery is fully dead. We do not offer data backup or transfer services at this time.
Next Life Games is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. Once your items are handed off to the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for their condition or delivery.
A $5 charge under the options, is a required return shipping charge; anything over $5, Next Life Games will cover. We use PirateShip, and most packages will ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
