📦 What Happens After You Place an Order?
At Next Life Games, we believe transparency builds trust. Here’s exactly what happens after you place an order—step by step.

Choose your service(s) and complete checkout.

You’ll get an automated email with:
Your order number and receipt
My name, email, and shipping address
Keep this email handy—it contains everything you need to move forward.

Use a sturdy box and make sure there’s at least 2 inches of padding around your items. Bubble wrap, packing paper, or foam inserts work great. The goal is to prevent movement and protect your games during transit.

Use the address provided in your confirmation email. You can choose any carrier you prefer—just make sure tracking is included.

Once your package is on the way, email me your tracking number using the email address from your confirmation. This helps me monitor incoming shipments and prepare for your order.

When your package arrives, I’ll send you a confirmation email listing:
Every item I received
Any items that appear beyond repair
Any damage that occurred during shipping
This ensures we’re on the same page before work begins.

I’ll complete the services you selected. If anything unexpected comes up, I’ll reach out before proceeding.

Once everything is finished, you’ll get an automated email letting you know your items are on the way back. This email includes:
