📦 What Happens After You Place an Order?

At Next Life Games, we believe transparency builds trust. Here’s exactly what happens after you place an order—step by step.

  • Choose your service(s) and complete checkout.

  • You’ll get an automated email with:

    • Your order number and receipt

    • My name, email, and shipping address
      Keep this email handy—it contains everything you need to move forward.

  • Use a sturdy box and make sure there’s at least 2 inches of padding around your items. Bubble wrap, packing paper, or foam inserts work great. The goal is to prevent movement and protect your games during transit.

  • Use the address provided in your confirmation email. You can choose any carrier you prefer—just make sure tracking is included.

  • Once your package is on the way, email me your tracking number using the email address from your confirmation. This helps me monitor incoming shipments and prepare for your order.

  • When your package arrives, I’ll send you a confirmation email listing:

    • Every item I received

    • Any items that appear beyond repair

    • Any damage that occurred during shipping
      This ensures we’re on the same page before work begins.

  • I’ll complete the services you selected. If anything unexpected comes up, I’ll reach out before proceeding.

  • Once everything is finished, you’ll get an automated email letting you know your items are on the way back. This email includes:

    • Your return tracking number

    • A thank-you message for supporting Next Life Games
